Beetroot and Berry Smoothie

Blueberries help boost the metabolism, break down belly fat and lower cholesterol levels. Beetroot contains fibre that helps to regulate your bowels and hormones.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup beetroot juice

• 1 cup blueberries, washed

• 1 cup almond milk

Mix the ingredients in a blender. Enjoy chilled.
