Paa George has eulogized former president, John Mahama as he testifies to his generosity and support for players in the entertainment industry.
Paa George stated in an interview with TV XYZ that he owes his existence to John Dramani Mahama due to how charitable he has been to him in the past years.
The experienced actor, whose performing career spans over twenty years, said he met the flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the funeral of the late Super OD.
According to him, every three months, John Mahama, sends food and cash to him and other veteran entertainers
“Mahama is a decent individual. I owe my current strength to him and God. He’s been so sweet since OD died and we attended his funeral with him.
At the funeral, he met with us and a few other veteran performers and actresses, and he has taken good care of us ever since. Every three months, he brings us things such as rice and oil, along with sardines. He adds money to cover our needs for the time being.
We meet at Mr. Mensah’s place, and he doesn’t even appear; Mr. Beautiful does it for him. He looks after us, as well as the wives of late performers. Even though he is no longer President, he continues to look after us. Such people deserve our gratitude. I’ve never been to his place, and I’m not really familiar with it,”
