The governor for Bomet Dr. Hillary Barchok has said that it is their ultimate hope that Cynthia regains her full health and rises up on her feet to pursue her dream in life once again. He said that her situations calls for a concerted effort among all the leaders, given the huge cost of medication involved in her treatment.
Barchok said that they appreciate the overwhelming response from the board, not just financially but even the silent prayers each one has whispered to God, on behalf of their girl Cynthia and the family.
He said that on his personal level, he is monitoring her situations closely and will be consulting all the concerned parties particularly on availing the drugs she needs even as she recuperates under the watchful eyes of her doctors in Tenwek hospital.He noted this while he visited Cynthia at Tenwek Mission hospital to wish her a speedy recovery and to stand in solidarity with her family and friends.
