Light Moment As Ruto Demands Answers From A Bishop Who Never Refers To Him As Honorable.

A light moment has been experienced in Kitale after President William Ruto has moved to demand answers from a catholic bishop who never refers to him as honorable.

Prior to his statement, the president lauded bishop Maurice Crowley for playing a bishop role in him over the years and correcting him whenever he made mistakes.

“Crowley is a giant of faith he is a great man. My good bishop as you retire you know we are very fond of you and I cherish the many moments when I said the not-so correct things I found a message on my phone from you. You shouldn’t have said this. I value the many moments that when I was low I found a message on my phone and you encouraged me,” said President William Ruto.

He then went ahead to ask the now bishop emeritus Crowley that he should now tell him why he never calls him honorable but usually refers to him using the name William.

“I value the many times that you put a call to me and you always referred to me as William. Now that you’re not bishop of Kitale am going to ask you in another occasion why you never referred to me as mheshimiwa? You always call me William,” added President William Ruto.
