The Kenyan Government has today broken silence with a major announcement on school fees targeting all Kenyan parents inhabiting distinguished local and regional destinations.
Addressing via a circular released by the Ministry of Education to senior education officials dated today the 23rd of January, 2023, the Kenyan Government has announced that school fees structure shall remain as it was two years ago in the 2023 academic year.
The Kenyan Government has announced that all students in national and extra county schools strategically placed within the Kenyan borders will pay Ksh 53,554 for school fees in the 2023 academic calendar, up from the present Ksh 45,000.
The Kenyan Government has further announced that it will give capitation to all day secondary school learners Sh22,244.00 annually per learner in a devoted move fostered towards achieving the Free Day Secondary Education (FDSE).
