The Kenya institute of curriculum development has a few minutes ago revealed the curriculum guide for grade 7 students who are expected to transition beginning of this week just a few days after the principal secretary in the Ministry of Education Belio kipsang released the results.
According to the announcement students who will be transitioning to grade 7 are expected to study the following subjects English, Kiswahili, Mathematics, Integrated Science, Health Education, Pre-Tech and Pre-Career Education, Social Studies Education, Religious Education, Business Studies, Life Skills, and Sports and Physical Education.
He further revealed that the learning guides our textbooks will retail at 400 shillings each and will play a critical role in enhancing education in grade 7 which is expected to be the new system of study.
So far the new grade 7 will resume studies beginning this week after sitting for a national exam and whose results were released by the Ministry of Education.
