Lawyer Kipkorir opened the cross examination exercise with a question on Abdi Guliye’s academic credentials something that was not taken light by Guliye who tried avoiding the question
“Professor we get to know you. Just tell me the title of your PhD thesis,” paused Kipkorir. “I don’t think is relevant to may affidavit,” Guliye fire back.
“It is relevant. Am the one asking the questions. You’re not a lawyer. Answer my question, what was the title of your PhD,”lawyer Kipkorir insisted.
To avoid confrontation man the lawyer, Guliye was forced to give in and provide an answer to the question. “It was on fermentation or amino acids in the rumen,” answered Guliye.
It was after Guliye provided the required answer that the cross examination continued smoothly.
