Self-esteem is the most important part of the core values of an influencer. As a motivator, your unique value is the most significant thing that you pass across to people. It is what people see that makes them respect your motivation. But, you cannot have an impact on people’s life if you do not believe in yourself, and the very good values you have. On this, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, the founder and presiding Pastor of the Oregun-based Daystar Christian Centre has taken to his official Facebook page to share a message about why motivators must believe in themselves and the unique value they have in themselves.
According to the cleric, as a believer and motivator, you cannot influence others if you do not believe in yourself. As stressed by the cleric, if you do not believe in the unique value you have, how will you be able to communicate it to others? Others grasses in form of the virtues that others have will always look greener, do not by this consider your virtue as of lower esteem.
The cleric in his words of exhortation advised people that, they should keep digging and searching till they recognize the value they have in them. After that, find those that value it highly. Do not forget, you are one in billions. You are a great asset that God has implanted greater things in. Work on it, and move forward for the best, to motivate others.
