Today Sheikh Jassim of 92 Foundation has revealed that they will be buying Man United in the coming weeks laughing off at those journalists who had said that Jim Ratcliff was the preferred candidate. The Qatar owners also have European giants PSG and the takeover of Man United will change the football dynamic in Europe and England in specific.
